The CRIAR Framework

The CRIAR Framework.

Five integrated disciplines refined across more than 20 years of applied educational-management practice, within more than 30 years of professional leadership.

Serving organizations across the United States · Bilingual English / Spanish delivery · Operated by Advance4edu LLC (Advance Strategies Group)

Origin · 2005

The CRIAR Framework is the codified evolution of the educational-management practice refined across more than 20 years of applied experience, within more than 30 years of professional leadership — including the CRIA Brasil method authored by Adriano Salvador in 2005 across four schools of the Colégio Americano Batista network (Vitória, Brazil) and the direction of the Cachoeiro do Itapemirim campus of an accredited multi-campus college system (2014-2016) — into five integrated disciplines. U.S. practice development dates to 2022; Advance4edu LLC was incorporated in Utah on July 22, 2024. The framework is operationalized and measured as platform modules across three learning verticals.

Independent institutional judging · 2006 – 2014

Seven consecutive cycles of institutional judging.

For seven consecutive cycles between 2006 and 2014, Adriano Salvador served as a titular examiner of the INOVES award — the Espírito Santo State Award for Innovation in Public Management — evaluating public-sector innovation projects including educational initiatives such as the CMEI Izabel Mercher Helmer program at the Viana municipal early-childhood-education network. The award's regulation, evaluator manual, and cycle documentation are public institutional record maintained by the state government.

Institutional quality anchor.

Accredited multi-campus college system · Five campuses under prior direction · 4 × IGC 5 · 1 × IGC 4

IGC (Índice Geral de Cursos) is the institutional quality index maintained by the Brazilian Ministry of Education, publicly verifiable on e-MEC.gov.br. Under prior direction, four of the five campuses of the accredited multi-campus college system were rated IGC 5 (institutional maximum) and one was rated IGC 4. Adriano Salvador served in the direction of the Cachoeiro do Itapemirim campus during the 2014-2016 cycle in which the maximum score was recorded at that campus.

The five disciplines

CRIAR.

C

Culture of Entrepreneurship

Behavioral pedagogy embedding entrepreneurial habits from early learning through founder cohorts.

R

Retention by Prediction

A three-variable model — performance, engagement, attendance — flags at-risk learners before they leave.

I

Intelligence of Market

Sector analysis, mystery-shopping, NPS measurement, and demand research.

A

Acceleration of Growth

Behavioral pedagogy and demand engineering converted into measurable acquisition and outcome funnels.

R

Replication under Direction

Founder-governed scale under explicit unit-level economics and weekly KPI review.

Release cadence

Quarterly platform-native releases.

The CRIAR Framework predates the platform. Platform-native releases follow a quarterly review cadence maintained by the Chief Executive with the methodology team. The current release integrates the codified content across all three verticals, with sub-service portfolios and applied-financial-education modules in continuous refinement.
