The CRIAR methodology.

Five integrated disciplines refined across two decades of applied educational-management practice.

Origin · 2005

The CRIAR framework is the codified evolution of an educational-management practice that Adriano Salvador has been developing since 2005, when he co-created the Cria Brasil Program with Prof. Adonai Lacruz at IBEV (Vitória, Brazil). What began as an entrepreneurship-in-basic-education program has been refined across two decades of applied practice across Brazilian and, since 2022, United States institutional settings, and is operationalized and measured as platform modules across three learning verticals.

Independent institutional judging · 2006 – 2014

Seven consecutive cycles of institutional judging.

For seven consecutive cycles between 2006 and 2014, Adriano Salvador served as a titular examiner of the INOVES award — the Espírito Santo State Award for Innovation in Public Management — evaluating public-sector innovation projects including educational initiatives such as the CMEI Izabel Mercher Helmer program at the Viana municipal early-childhood-education network. The award's regulation, evaluator manual, and cycle documentation are public institutional record maintained by the state government.

IGC (Índice Geral de Cursos) is the maximum institutional quality score maintained by the Brazilian Ministry of Education. Public record verifiable at e-MEC.gov.br. Only about 27% of Brazilian higher-education institutions attain scores of 4 or 5 — four Multivix campuses under Adriano Salvador's direction achieved the maximum.

The five disciplines

CRIAR.

C

Culture of Entrepreneurship

Behavioral pedagogy embedding entrepreneurial habits from early learning through founder cohorts.

R

Retention by Prediction

A three-variable model — performance, engagement, attendance — flags at-risk learners before they leave.

I

Intelligence of Market

Sector analysis, mystery-shopping, NPS measurement, and demand research.

A

Acceleration of Growth

Behavioral pedagogy and demand engineering converted into measurable acquisition and outcome funnels.

R

Replication under Direction

Founder-governed scale under explicit unit-level economics and weekly KPI review.

Release cadence

Quarterly platform-native releases.

The CRIAR framework predates the platform. Platform-native releases follow a quarterly review cadence maintained by the Chief Executive with the methodology team. The current release integrates the codified content across all three verticals, with sub-service portfolios and applied-financial-education modules in continuous refinement.
